Why doesn't my cat like this toy?
Different cats have different preferences. Some cats will like the same toy while others may not. We recommend that you start at the lowest speed to get your cat interested in the toy and then adjust the speed once your cat is comfortable with it.
How do you know when the electronic cat laser toy is low power / fully charged?
When the battery is low, the cat toy will flash a red light. To recharge it, use the provided USB cable and charge the toy for 3-4 hours. Once it is fully charged, the light will turn green.
Does it run too fast?
When designing this toy, we tested different speeds with multiple breeds of cats, and after testing, young active cats would be more interested in the fastest speeds of this toy, while the others would prefer medium to low speeds.
Can this toy run on a blanket?
The toy is able to run properly on a blanket, if you use it on a blanket, please use a high grade, do not use it on plush carpet. Also this product comes with clips to clean hair and other debris caught under the rollers.
Why can't the wheels of the product roll?
After a cat laser toy has been used for a period of time, the wheels may become entangled with foreign objects such as cat hair. You can use the tweezers provided to clean the wheels regularly to prevent the wheels from getting stuck.
